Green light for the development of Erasmus MC Campus
|

The Erasmus MC Masterplan 2050 has been approved by the Municipality of Rotterdam. This will allow the further development of the Erasmus MC Campus, located in the heart of Rotterdam. “The campus is crucial to our mission of ‘excellent care and a healthy population through research and education’, so this is a very important first step,” says Stefan Sleijfer, Dean and Chairman of the Executive Board of Erasmus MC. |

The Netherlands is quickly becoming the epicentre of global health innovation. From June 16-19, 2025, HLTH Europe at the RAI in Amsterdam, will further solidify that reputation. The NL Pavilion – The Dutch Innovator Village – at HLTH Europe is the launchpad for Dutch startups and scale-ups to showcase their innovation. Your company can be part of it! Netherlands Women’s Health Research & Innovation Center officially open |
According to the latest report of the World Economic Forum, at least €7.6 billion in healthcare costs could be saved in the Netherlands if women receive the effective care they need. However, this requires investment in the diagnosis and treatment of women. The newly established Netherlands Women’s Health Research & Innovation Center at Erasmus MC is dedicated to improving healthcare for women. |
